Rotating Local Artist Booth

Jane is so excited to be at the farmers market this month! In Jane Elliott’s art, she draws inspiration from many sources like everyday objects, anatomy, animals, insects, and whatever else she finds interesting at the time. When she is creating she likes to add a little whimsy or edginess to her pieces. Jane makes a lot of mixed media art where she tries to incorporate recycled or second hand materials to be resourceful and use unexpected objects that would normally just get thrown away. She loves to play with bold colors and textures. Jane’s hope is when people view her art they are able to channel their inner child and view it in a playful manner. Jane tries not to take herself too seriously when she’s creating, because she thinks art should be a fun expression of self.
