Sometimes, there are things at the market that look good, sound good, things we know are good for us and that other people eat, but we have NO IDEA how to prepare it or how to use it in a recipe (I'm looking at you kohlrabi..)

And being that we are all unique individuals with different tastes, methods, and insights, it seemed appropriate to ask YOU for preparation methods and recipes to fill this book.

Share the family secret, upload a photo of that scribbly index card, write out the measurements for the recipe you've used so many times it lives only in your head.
